Q: What’s included in my membership?
Each plan includes private GP consultations, treatments, referrals, and access to priority booking. Depending on your tier, you may also have health checks, home visits, or unlimited consultations included.
Q: Can I still pay as I go instead of joining?
Yes — but most patients save money with membership if they need more than 2–3 visits per year. Membership also gives priority access and continuity of care.
Q: Can I cancel anytime?
We require a 3 month notice period

Q: Do you offer individual person memberships?
Yes — we offer individual packages which can be seen here
Q: Are tests, scans, or prescriptions included?
Repeat treatments and referral letters are included. Tests, scans, and specialist referrals may have separate costs, but members receive discounted rates.
Q: Do you work with private health insurance?
Yes — many of our consultations and referrals can be claimed through insurers like WPA, Bupa, and AXA. Please check your policy for coverage.
Q: Do I need to be in Kingston or Guildford to join?
No — we offer remote consultations across the UK, and in-person at our Kingston, Guildford, and London clinics.
Q: Do I need to cancel my NHS GP?
No — we recommend you stay on with an NHS GP but you do not have to have both if you do not have one.
