Your doctor can discuss symptoms, review medicines and relevant medical history, and carry out an appropriate examination.
Following the assessment, the GP will explain the findings and discuss treatment, investigations, referral or follow-up where needed.
The service is suitable for a range of non-emergency concerns. If hospital or another urgent service is more appropriate, we will explain the next steps.
